I am passionate about yoga and meditation and through my membership page I offer these practices for those patients who are interested in supporting their wellbeing with these modalities.
I have been practising yoga for over 15 years and grateful for the benefits it provided to me over these years! Yoga honours the connection between body and mind: in addition to strengthening and stretching our bodies it helps to ground ourselves in the present moment and by doing this it calms the mind.
The yoga postures and breathing practices provided here are taught by my own teacher, Di Sage, Boxhill Yoga. We recorded these videos in her studio where myself and a friend of mine modelled the poses.
Yoga in general offers a gentle yet powerful way to support our health naturally and can sit beautifully alongside with other integrative medicine practices.
